What you choose to do depends on your interests; mom and child could be walking, biking, jumping rope or playing the game Twister together.

Fitness for moms can get easier when you invest in workout videos. There are many kinds to choose from, ranging from yoga and Pilates to kickboxing. They are inexpensive and save you a trip to the gym!

Put on Exercise Clothes in the A.M.

Often, staying fit as a stay-at-home mom is a challenge because there aren’t large amounts of time to devote to exercise. So, put your workout clothes on in the morning and stay in them to help motivate you to get in a short cardio burst during the day. You will not forget about exercising either if you are in your fitness gear all day.
