It is alright to indulge in your guilty pleasures like chocolate if you do it in moderation. Dark Chocolate is actually a super food with great health benefits. A small piece of dark chocolate will satisfy your sweet tooth and not pack on the pounds.
Pick one day a week to reward yourself. Be sure to pat yourself on the back for all your hard work, and cheat a little bit. Maybe add cheese to your sandwich or enjoy an iced latte. You deserve it.
Dieting is hard, but always remember to never give up. You will have to work for it. Partner up with a friend or co-worker so you can motivate each other and talk about your progress.
